Key Responsibilities:Production Management: Supervise end-to-end powder coating operations, including metal pre-treatment, coating application, and oven curing. Plan and execute daily production schedules in line with export order requirements. Monitor and manage output to ensure timely delivery of high-quality finished goods. Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control processes to meet international client standards. Perform root cause analysis on coating defects and initiate corrective measures. Coordinate with the quality control team for inspections and continuous process improvements. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operators, helpers, and shift in-charges. Ensure efficient manpower allocation and shift planning. Train team members on safety standards and operating procedures. Maintenance & Safety: Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of coating equipment and machinery. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols in all plant operations. Maintain records of equipment servicing and breakdown management. Candidate Profile: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 5–10 years of hands-on experience in powder coating plants, preferably in export-oriented units. Strong knowledge of coating materials, chemicals, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
